Cancellation and Refund
At VIMOCHAN EARTHLY DELIGHTS, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the safety and integrity of our herbal and organic products. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us directly via phone or email.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom or bulk orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless one of the following conditions is met:

You received an incorrect item different from what was ordered.
3. Return Process
You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Send a clear photo of the product along with your order details to mamta@vimochan.in.
After review, we will contact you with the resolution steps.
If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Items purchased on sale or during promotions.
Herbal products returned without original packaging.
